PRIMACENTERS
Local employment centers to support migrants’ socio- economic integration in the primary sector

Our mission is to foster collective collaboration to support the effective integration of migrant labourers into the primary sector and the local community.
About Us
Migrant workers in the primary sector across Europe face multiple challenges that hinder their participation in the labour market and social life. From lacking essential language skills, professional qualifications, and recognition of prior learning to having limited access to services that meet their needs, these individuals often endure poor working conditions, low wages, and job insecurity. Weak cooperation among key stakeholders, along with the challenging working and living conditions faced by migrants, obstructs trade unions and labour inspectors from locating them and providing necessary protection. At PRIMACENTERS, we seek to initiate collaborative efforts among diverse stakeholders to enhance the socio-economic integration of migrant workers, both men and women, in the primary sector. We focus on implementing customised mechanisms and tools designed to protect their rights and well-being.
